Inside these small boxes you can find assorted, single-serving snacks and cakes, usually the traditional ones, and sometimes a small bottle of mineral water. People can eat it on the spot or choose to bring it home.
There are already many bakery and catering business offering these snack box service, but majority of them still require manual ordering system through chat message or phone calls. Through online ordering, returning customers will find painless way to do repeat order, particularly for big companies and event organizers' needs.

Design: Landing Page
The landing page has a big picture of klepon. Klepon is one of the most popular traditional snacks that you can find inside snack boxes regularly.
For straightforward experience, I put 'Order Now' button as a call-to-action factor. It's also there to show users that the main purpose of this website is mainly for ordering, not as mere company profile and menu gallery.
Design: Ordering Page
I think it is convenient to show users how many steps they have to undergo to finish a task, that's why I decided to place a progress indicator at the top. Users will know when they can choose the menu, or when they have to give delivery information. I decided to divide the whole progress in several steps instead of vertical, long ordering form, yet I don't wish to put users in the dark, wondering how long it will take to place an order.
The requirement to input the title of the event is a bit uncommon, but this website is not only offering painless ordering system, but also easy tracking for users. By naming every order, users will be easy to track them down instead of scanning through purchase date or order number.
The second step is choosing the types of snacks users need. Displaying the snack thumbnails in round shapes is giving a bit of 'playful' mood, making this step seems like an amusing experience. Users are required to choose snacks as many as they requested in the first step.
The name of every snack will show up in hover box effect, as
I assume that placing text for every food picture will make the page looks messy. Users can learn the details of the menu under 'Menu' page.
This page below shows the state where three thumbnails are clicked and one thumbnail is on hover.
It is important to inform users the status of the task they're doing. Is it done? Is it pending? We don't want to confuse the users. When they have finished one particular task on the website, we let them know clearly when they did.
Design: Tracking Orders
Another feature of this website is on 'Your Orders' page that allows users to easily check on the status of their orders. Big companies and event organizers tend to make repeat and multiple orders, and this page will help them manage, edit or see purchase history.
